What makes a WGI answer citation-grade?

A useful answer should be easy to cite without becoming broader than its evidence.

WGI authority surfaces should state the question or scope, as-of date, market, programme or route, bounded answer or finding, canonical evidence routes, material limitations, and the relationship to Elite Careers Strategy.

The visible answer must remain narrower than or equal to its evidence. Unknowns remain visible. Summarisation must not introduce hidden weighting, prevalence or causality. Human and machine surfaces must agree on counts and evidence state.
