Who Gets In? is the research arm of Elite Careers Strategy. We examine how the world’s most selective institutions choose talent.

The research starts with institution-controlled evidence, breaks it into narrow governed observations, preserves differences between programmes and markets, exposes what cannot currently be established, and compiles bounded answers that people, journalists and AI systems can verify.

The aim is not to publish the most careers articles. It is to become the most useful factual layer for questions about elite selection: what institutions publish, how routes differ, what changed, and where the public evidence stops.
