How do reviewed elite US recruiting timelines, eligibility and process architecture differ?
There is no single elite-US recruiting calendar or stage architecture. The reviewed routes differ materially by programme: eligibility year, opening month, review window, decision timing and assessment sequence all vary.

Goldman Sachs' Americas Summer Analyst route is usually undertaken in the third or penultimate year (SIG-232). Barclays publishes an application → assessment → interview → next-steps architecture while noting role-level variation (SIG-243). Susman Godfrey publishes a fixed July review start and expected decision window for its 2027 summer route (SIG-250). Moelis says U.S. Summer Analyst applications typically open in December of sophomore year (SIG-253). PJT says U.S. Summer Analyst applications generally open in the preceding spring and close before summer (SIG-255).
