WGI structures public elite-selection evidence so claims can be inspected at the level of institution, programme or route, market, selection feature and observation date.

The research distinguishes VERIFIED, PARTIAL, NOT YET EVIDENCED, HISTORICAL, CONFLICTING and NOT APPLICABLE states. Missing public evidence is not treated as absence. Comparisons require compatible units and visible denominators.
