Background relevant to the research

Before founding Elite Careers Strategy, Hassan worked in London recruitment and search, at Kea Consultants on private-equity and venture-capital fund mandates and at Barclay Simpson and Heriot Brown in legal recruitment. Across his recruitment career and subsequent advisory work through ECS, he has reviewed more than 10,000 applications and candidate materials. He studied History at University College London.
